These Terms & Conditions of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website www.wearesnatched.com (the "Site") and the purchase of products sold through it (the "Products"). By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree, do not use the Site or purchase Products.

  1. ELIGIBILITY

By using this Site, you confirm that:

You are at least 18 years old or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction (whichever is higher).
You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
You will use the Site in accordance with these Terms and applicable law.

We do not sell to minors.

Snatched sells personal care and facial definition products intended for personal use.

Important notes:

Unless explicitly stated otherwise on the Product page, the Products are intended for external use only.
You are responsible for reading the labels, warnings and instructions before use.
If irritation occurs, discontinue use and consult a professional if necessary.
The Products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.
You are solely responsible for ensuring the Products are suitable for you, taking into account allergies, sensitivities, pregnancy-related precautions or any other personal condition.

  1. ORDERS, ACCEPTANCE AND AVAILABILITY
    3.1 Placing an order

When you place an order, you make an offer to purchase Products. We may accept or decline your order at our discretion, including (without limitation) in cases of:

Suspected fraud or unauthorized payments
Incorrect pricing or erroneous Product information
Product unavailability
Shipping restrictions or legal limitations in the destination country

3.2 Order confirmation

An order is considered accepted only when:

Payment has been successfully processed, and
You receive an order confirmation email.

3.3 Refusal / cancellation

We reserve the right to cancel any order at any time before shipping. If we cancel after payment, we will refund you the amount paid.

  1. PRICES, CURRENCY AND TAXES
    Prices are displayed in EUR (€).
    Prices include tax (VAT included) where applicable, based on the information shown at checkout.
    International orders: Depending on your destination, additional costs may apply, including:
    Customs duties
    Import taxes
    Handling fees
    Local taxes

These charges are outside our control and are generally the customer's responsibility, unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout.

  1. PAYMENT

We accept payments via:

Apple Pay
Google Pay
PayPal (where available at checkout)

Your payment is processed by third-party payment providers. We do not store your full payment card details. By submitting payment, you confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

If a chargeback or payment dispute is filed, we may suspend future orders associated with the account, address or payment method involved.

  1. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
    6.1 Delivery time

The estimated delivery time is 3 to 7 business days (unless stated otherwise). Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.

6.2 Shipping responsibility

Once the order is handed over to the carrier, delivery times depend on the carrier and local customs processes (for international orders).

6.3 Address accuracy

You are responsible for providing a complete and correct shipping address. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, we may charge additional fees to reship the order.

6.4 Risk of loss

Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier, to the extent permitted by applicable law. If your local consumer law grants you broader rights, those rights are not affected.

6.5 Import restrictions

You are responsible for ensuring the Products can be legally imported into your country. Some jurisdictions may restrict certain personal care items. If customs refuses or holds your package, we are not responsible for the outcome except where required by law.

  1. RETURNS, REFUNDS AND HYGIENE

Returns and refunds are governed by our Returns Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Because Snatched Products are personal care items, hygiene rules may apply. As a general principle:

Products that have been opened, used or had their seal broken may not be returnable, except where required by law or in cases of defect.

  1. PROMOTIONS, DISCOUNTS AND GIFT CARDS
    Promotional offers may be time-limited, quantity-limited and may include specific conditions.
    We may modify or end promotions at any time.
    Discount codes are generally not stackable, unless expressly stated.
    If gift cards are offered, they are non-refundable except where required by law, and may have additional conditions stated at the time of purchase.
  2. SUBSCRIPTIONS (IF APPLICABLE)

If the Site offers subscriptions (auto-renewing purchases), the subscription terms shown at checkout will apply (billing frequency, cancellation method, renewal). If no subscription is offered, this section does not apply.

Delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control (carrier delays, customs procedures, strikes, etc.)

Our total liability for any claim relating to an order shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Products in that order, except where prohibited by law.

  1. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold Snatched harmless from any claims, liabilities, damages and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:

Your breach of these Terms
Your misuse of the Site or Products
Your violation of any law or third-party rights

  1. FORCE MAJEURE

We are not liable for delays or failures due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, war, terrorism, pandemics, government actions, customs delays, labor disputes, carrier disruptions or supply chain interruptions.

  1. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

These Terms are governed by French law, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Site or the Products shall be submitted to the competent courts of France, except where mandatory consumer protection rules of your jurisdiction require otherwise.

  1. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these Terms at any time. The updated Terms will be posted on the Site with a new effective date. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
